==Description==
[[The Council of Loathing]] sends you off on a task to slay the Boss Bat.

==Tasks==
*Adventure in [[The Entryway]] until you have a [[Pine-Fresh air freshener]] or alternatively, adventure in [[The Sleazy Back Alley]] until you have two [[bum cheek]]s so you can make an [[asshat]]. If you have the [[Elemental Saucesphere]] skill you can use this instead.
**Equip the [[Pine-Fresh air freshener]] or [[asshat]] to adventure further into the bat hole.
*Adventure in [[Guano Junction]] until you have three [[sonar-in-a-biscuit]]s
**Use the [[sonar-in-a-biscuit]]s and the walls in [[The Bat Hole]] will crumble, giving you access to the [[Batrat and Ratbat Burrow]], the [[Beanbat Chamber]] and [[The Boss Bat's Lair]].
*When you are strong enough, enter [[The Boss Bat's Lair]] and defeat the Boss Bat.  
*The Boss Bat will drop a [[Boss Bat bandana|Bandana]]
*Return to [[The Council of Loathing]]

==Rewards==
*[[The Council of Loathing]] will take the [[Boss Bat bandana]] and give you a [[batskin belt]]
*On your character sheet, under accomplishments, you will see: "You have slain the Boss Bat."
* There is some indication that you can get a [[Vertebra of the Bonerdagon]] with the [[Super-Secret Canadian Mind Control Device]] set to 8, and a [[Boss Bat britches]] with it set to 4.
