* When you first visit [[Doc Galaktik's Medicine Show]], he is [[What's Up, Doc?|running short on ingredients for his medicines]].  After accepting the quest, you will be asked to gather 3 [[swindleblossom]]s, 3 [[fraudwort]], and 3 [[shysterweed]].
** Completion grants a 33% discount on all items.
** The Vitality Serum is only available after completing the quest. Note that the serum's price is 40 post-quest, implying its "original" price is 60.
* During [[the Gray Plague]], the Doc used his skills to [[Doc Galaktik's Quest for a Cure|create various medicines to combat the disease]].
* In a [[Zombie Slayer]] run, the Doc is not around:

*The Medicine Show was revamped on April 21, 2015, introducing the Vitality Serum and Invigorating Tonic, as well as making the quest an introductory one. See [[Doc Galaktik's Medicine Show/Old|the previous version]].

==References==
*The traveling medicine show was common in early America. A slick, fast-talking, entertaining salesman would present a show to demonstrate the effectiveness of various elixirs, tonics, and cure-alls. These were done from the back of the salesman's cart, as these frauds had to be able to move out of one town and on to the next without delay.
*Doc Galaktik is a real-life friend of [[Jick]]'s.
