*"Jeorb" and the strange pronunciation given for "brains" are references to [[Wikipedia:Homestar Runner|Homestar Runner]], specifically Coach Z's accent and his inability to say the word "job" in the cartoon "A Jorb Well Done".  "Braiarrrns" is also an attempt to fuse a zombie's catch-phrase "brains" with a pirate's "arr."  
*The part about looking like a zombie in the light of the moon is most likely a reference to [[Wikipedia:Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl|Pirates of the Caribbean]] and its zombie pirate crew.
