View source for Talk:Detective school application

If this is a free pull from hagnk's, and the detective badges are quest items, does that mean that the detective school application is a reusable, once-per-ascension type thing?  In that case, do you lose the application when you send it in, only to get another the next run?  Also curious about the tradability of it.
