Not only do they not stack, it looks like you get credit for only the one equipped in the first or second accessory slot.  Rollover (40) + chrome sword (3) + meat maid (4) + dead guy's watch in acessory slot 1 (1) + GITD watch (3) in slot 3 = 48 adventures.  [[User:Schlurp|Schlurp]] 03:13, 28 December 2008 (UTC)

Does stack with tiny plastics. Had 61 adventures when I logged in today: Rollover (40), Clockwork Maid (8), General Sage's Lonely Diamonds Club Jacket (3), sword behind inappropriate prepositions (5), glow-in-the-dark wristwatch (3), tiny plastic skeletal reindeer (1), tiny plastic bitchin' meatcar (1).
