I have twice now adventured at the Oasis on the turn after Ultrahydrated has worn off, and not gotten it immediately.  Both times what I got instead was a quest-related non-combat (first time was the stone rose, second time was page 2 of the manual).  It appears that the adventure that gives you Ultrahydrated only takes the place of a combat adventure, not a non-combat.  --[[User:Jonrock|Jonrock]] 05:47, 4 July 2007 (CDT)
:Immediately after writing the above, I adventured again and got the remainder of the manual, and still no Ultrahydrated.  Lucky me!  Except that I need Ultrahydrated to go back to the desert, so I have to adventure again anyway.  --[[User:Jonrock|Jonrock]] 05:49, 4 July 2007 (CDT)
