Another question on "conditional", are shirts counted as conditional? At 22 lbs, the first red pointing gives

The lesser red pointing is at 23 lb

This could obviously be a mere coincidence, but I fired the major yellow ray at a Knob Goblin Master Chef and got 1 of each item that he can drop. None of those items has a greater than 15% chance of dropping. Has anyone else observed this or similar behavior?

Fighting a War Hippy Shaman, pickpocketed, points, gets the yellow ray with the messages (not exact quote) "Cut them neatly in half. So neatly it probably will take a while before they notice" and 20 damage. Funksling spices and spectre. Wins fight next round. Used a major yellow ray on a Unholy Diver in the Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald, it dropped nothing. I caught one in spooky putty, and major yellow ray'd the spooky putty monster version. It only dropped 2 rusty rivets. Edit: apparently most items from the sea are "trivially conditional" which explains this.

I've now used this over the course of two days.  My first point of each day for each color was a major, every point afterwards was minor.  First day I didn't equip the quadroculars, second day I did, no change.  Furthermore, I used the second day's Yellow Major ray against a Hot Hobo, and this yielded 0 drops.  Next thing to test will be against a Hobopolis boss.

If you have net -100% or worse item drops (e.g. aerated diving helmet + scuba gear) and disintegrate a monster with a yellow ray, you still get '''no drops'''.  I tested this with a beanbat. I'm new at this but here are some results hopefully others can decipher:
At 18 pounds it takes ~183 seconds on the Obstacle Course.
At 19 pounds it lasts ~46 seconds in Hide n' Seek.

I've been wondering about this, and I finally just confirmed it - I was using a Stocking Mimic with the Wardrobe, and when it mimicked a boulder, I used the YOROIDS. On the next adventure, I switched to my actual boulder and tried using YOROIDS, and got the 'minor ray' message.
