**Well it is labled as only usable at level 13, is there some kind of universal rule that prevents you from using level 13 items before breaking the prism? It could also just special rules unique to itself.--[[User:Tombot|Tombot]] ([[User talk:Tombot|talk]]) 15:34, 25 June 2024 (UTC)
