Has anyone tested ascending with a doppleshifter or comma chameleon in stab bat form to see if you get the trophy? With NS13 coming up, will the trophy be no longer attainable after the update?  On the info site (found from the KoL main page), it is said that "You will no longer retain a full-weight familiar through the Gash."  Since you wont be able to take a level 20 stab bat through the gash, wouldn't that mean you can't get the trophy?

**First of all, the criteria for earning the trophy is ''only'' taking a 20lb stab bat (not including any weight bonuses) through the astral gash, and ''nothing'' is going to remove the ability to do that. The only thing NS13 will do is change the weight of your familiar '''after''' you've stepped through the gash, by which point you've already qualified for the trophy. I just did a post-NS13 run, at the end of which my Stab Bat had 1299 kills, my NPZR had 10, my Leprechaun had 1 and my Star Starfish had 1 (it was well into the run before I realized the criterion had changed).  I ascended with the Stab Bat, and upon reincarnation, I was eligible for the trophy.  So the trophy doesn't require a 100% Stab Bat run (thank God).  A couple of hypotheses for the requirement, based on this one data point:
-ascend with a Stab Bat with over 1000 kills;
-have more than N% Stab Bat kills (99%?);
-kill all (most?) bosses using the Stab Bat;
-a combination of above elements.

I ascended today with a 94% hardcore run, and am now eligible for the trophy.  I suspect my real percentage was 93.XX rounded up to 94, based on the counting I did (the perfection of which was marred due to white candy and the like).  I was planning on ascending closer to the 90% threshold, but wound up with no time to ascend over the weekend, so a friend kindly sat my account and botted 100% combats to drive up my usage. Though this obviously needs to be further tested, I'm thinking that the actually requirements are a 90%+ stab-bat non-casual run. == Post April 02 ==
Not sure if this is due to the recode of how Ronin ends, but the trophy became available right after I freed the king during a 100% stab bat run.  Took down the NS, checked for a trophy and found none, smashed the crystal, and there the trophy was.  I did NOT ascend.  So it would seem that one doesn't necessarily have to actually Ascend (with or without the stab bat), as long as the king is freed after a ~93%+ stab bat run.  Do familiar percentages actually "freeze" after freeing the king?
