It's plain to anyone who looks at him that he's pure evil, since he looks like a shark had a baby with a clown and then sent it to be raised by hyenas. Sometimes his insane schemes (invariably equal parts malicious and ridiculous) make you wish you didn't have a rule against killing. Sometimes you think if you did kill him, he would regard it as his greatest victory against you.

God, he's such a jerk.

The Jokester hits you with a crowbar, and a little flag pops out of it that says "BONK". A little flag also pops out of your mouth, reading "Ow!"... how did he do that?

The Jokester smashes a capsule of laughing gas in your face, and pummels you while you're trying to regain control of your breathing. It isn't very funny.

The Jokester strangles you with a string of brightly-colored flags he pulls out of his sleeve.

The Jokester pulls a can of peanut brittle out of his pocket, and launches a half-dozen live vipers out of it.
