You need a [[dingy dinghy]], [[junk junk]], [[skeletal skiff]], [[Station of the Gas|Extra-Buoyant Tank]] for Pete's motorcycle, [[yellow submarine]], or [[pirate dinghy]] to travel here. Attempting to go there without one of these gives the message:
:"You can't go to the island unless you have a means of transportation to get there."
