*When equipped in [[The Time-Twitching Tower]], it will do the following:
**A future drug ([[future drug: Muscularactum|Muscularactum]], [[future drug: Smartinex|Smartinex]], or [[future drug: Coolscaline|Coolscaline]]) drops in any zone in the Tower periodically after combat.
***"Your belt beeps, and a beam of light shines out of it, illuminating a cool object on the ground nearby."
***The period between future drug drops is variable and depends on the number of Time-Twitching monsters killed since last future drug drop. Each Time-Twitching monster killed is worth between 4 and 7 points (randomly determined) and a future drug drops once 100 points is achieved. A future drug will on average drop every 18.2 turns.
**A [[twitching time capsule]] will drop either a [[liquid shifting time weirdness]] or [[solid shifting time weirdness]] in addition to the {{plural|Chroner}} it drops normally.
**You gain one extra [[Hooch]] after combat in the [[Moonshiners' Woods]] and [[An Illicit Bohemian Party]].
**The [[Gladiator]] in [[The Roman Forum]] drops 2 additional Chroner. This does not apply to copied Gladiators.
**The [[sentient ATM]] in [[The Post-Mall]] drops 1-3 additional Chroner.
**The poker game in [[The Rowdy Saloon]] occurs every 7 adventures instead of every 10.
**While on the [[First Third Four-Fifths Bank of the West|Bank's quest]] in [[The Spooky Old Abandoned Mine]], the [[outlaw leader]] appears after 8-10 adventures if the player wore the toolbelt when they received the quest. Without a belt, the delay is 10-12 adventures.
*When equipped with a [[KoL Con 13 snowglobe]], the snowglobe will activate twice at the end of combat however the second activation will only give stats.
*Is only available in [[Mr. Store]] during Time-Twitching Tower events.
*The toolbelt is a free pull from Hagnk's only during Time-Twitching Tower events. However, this appears to require a manual change, meaning that it might remain a free pull for a short duration even after the Tower leaves.
*The item bonus is not doubled by [[broken champagne bottle]].
