*This item was originally made with a [[tortoise's blessing]].  It was later changed to require a [[scroll of turtle summoning]], which was in turn replaced by the [[turtle totem]].  These were all meat-pasting combinations.
*With the advent of [[NS13]], this item was changed to require the smithing recipe above.
*On June 29th, 2007, this item became the [[stone turtle]].
