- Grants three skills:
- Summon Wave: Deluges your current zone to make each turn spent there grant one turn of Fishy. Also has negative pressure penalties. Usable once per day.
- Throw a Lightning Bolt: An instakill banish, similar to Monkey Slap. Works 11 times per day. Not a free kill.
- Talk to Some Fish: Similar to CLEESH, changes your opponent to Some Fish, a scaling fish monster that drops fish meat and fish scales.
- Is automatically placed in your inventory for you at the beginning of your run, with the message:
