• Not consumed when used.
• After using the flagon, the next drink you consume will give you bonus stats based on the potency of the drink consumed, with x being the potency level of the drink:
  • Stat gains are affected by moonsigns and other effects that increase stat gains.

You pour your drink into your flagellate flagon. Pouring it while the handle wiggles is an experience in and of itself.
