If the familiar was equipped the item is returned:

You acquire... something.

If there are open graft slots remaining:

You gained a level!

If this filled the last graft slot:

Your evolution is complete, you gained two levels!

Occurs at Your Lab.

Graft 11 familiars onto your body.
Gain 1 level for each familiar, 2 for the final graft.
The diagram is the adventurer as viewed in a mirror so the adventurer's right hand appears on the right of the image.
Most graft locations improve the grafted intrinsic.

- Right shoulder
- Left butt cheek
- Right butt cheek
Nipples, hands, and feet unlock skills.
- Left nipple - Drink The Milk of Cruelty
- Right nipple - Drink The Milk of Kindness
- Left hand - Left Punch
- Right hand - Right Punch
- Left foot - Left Kick
- Right foot - Right Kick
The intrinsic effect and skills are generated based on the grafted familiars properties.
