Does a bear hug its cubs in the woods? Not without this, it doesn't, unless it's some sort of nuclear-powered cyborg bear, which would be awesome.

This is the severed left arm of a zombie bear. The amount of foul ichor seeping from it is well above your typical foul ichor seepage tolerance.
Type: off-hand item
Cannot be discarded+10% Muscle
Maximum HP +30
Damage Reduction: 10
Lets you act like a bear
NOTE: This item cannot be equipped while in Hardcore. (Except for Zombie Slayers)
