Loathing Legion moondial
This is a little circle with a triangular plinth sticking out of it. It uses the positions of the moons in the sky to cast a shadow on the plinth, and the point of the shadow rests on an integrated digital display that just shows you what the heck time it is, because seriously, man.

Cannot be traded or discarded+4 Adventure(s) per day when equipped.
NOTE: This item cannot be equipped while in Hardcore.
