- Entering a combat with pygmy shaman, or going to the mezannine in Action Elevator (10 Adventures), or drinking Cursed Punch.
Notes
- With this effect active it enables you to be Twice-Cursed.
- The Pastamancer thrall Vampieroghi will remove this effect. Pastamancers should avoid having Vampieroghi bound when attempting this zone.
