There are five levels of poison-related effects in the Kingdom of Loathing:

Hardly Poisoned at All All Attributes -10%; All Attributes -3 The original effect (initially named "Poisoned")
A Little Bit Poisoned All Attributes -30%; All Attributes -5 A more potent version added to the Kingdom in March of 2007
Somewhat Poisoned All Attributes -50%; All Attributes -7 An even more potent version
Really Quite Poisoned All Attributes -70%; All Attributes -9 The second most dangerous variant
Majorly Poisoned All Attributes -90%; All Attributes -11 The most dangerous variant
