Effect:	Allows you to equip Chefstaves.

Prior to NS13 (and Chefstaves), this skill had the following description and effect:
"Mysticality is used to calculate chance of hitting an enemy instead of Muscle, when a staff is equipped as a weapon."
- When wielding a staff, attacks were preceded by the message "You focus your Magicalness through your staff."
