Before 14 June 2006, this was obtained from alarming strawberry juice. At that time, the description and effect were:

You're alarmed by the fact that your Muscle and Mysticality have become very, very similar to your Moxie.

Muscle and Mysticality become equal to your base Moxie

After that date, the effect was replaced by Slippery Oiliness.
Then, on 5 December 2011, it was reimplemented with a new description and effect.
