unremarkable candy cane
This is a candy cane. It's like a regular cane, only smaller, and if you tried to use it to help you walk, your hands would get all sticky.
There's nothing about this candy cane that warrants a second look. I mean, if you were looking for something out-of-the-ordinary about this candy cane, you'd be barking up the wrong tree. And that tree would be made of candy canes that are totally normal, like this one.
