This is a blank white card. You could write pretty much whatever you wanted on it.

Originally, 1000 of these were given to Riff.
Around 12 of these were created (duped) because of White Wednesday.
On June 19, 2006, Riff temporarily made this a type of pants so Crovax1234 could pulverize one.
Given by Riff as a prize for solving his donor advertisement puzzle.

This item is a reference to the game 1000 Blank White Cards. This game, although not created by Riff, was updated by him to include several well tested "guidelines."
