Today, I was farming tattered scraps with +275% item drop, which should be enough to cap them if they indeed are 27% drop rate. However, I only got 368 out of 390 to drop. This suggests that the actual drop rate is lower. Since 390*(0.25*3.75) = 365.62 and drop rates are usually multiples of 5, the most likely rate is 25%. --Missim 09:34, 10 July 2014 (UTC)

Today, I was farming tattered scraps with +275% item drop, which should be enough to cap them if they indeed are 27% drop rate. However, I only got 368 out of 390 to drop.
