Adding {{NeedsReview}} to a reference will automatically add the page to the category Needs Review, without needing any additional comment. It will appear as follows on the wiki page: (This reference may not be entirely accurate, so it needs to be double checked and then properly explained and formatted. Once you have flagged the page, you should indicate your reasoning on the discussion page for the reference to be reviewed.
