Gift packages can be used to send items to other players, even if they are in hardcore or ronin. Anyone can send or receive packages from the back room of The Gift Shop, but packages can also come from clan dungeons (bindle of joy, moist sack), from in-game events (anniversary gift box, raffle prize box, Uncle Crimbo's Sack), or from other, more mysterious sources (Warehouse 23 crate).
