We'd need to do some spading here, especially with the good-AND-bad nature of Bad Moon effects. (It'd suck if a mostly beneficial one was removed because of a slight drawback, for example; this is what we'd want to prevent.) Overall, this could be a nice list to have. | We'd need to do some spading here, especially with the good-AND-bad nature of Bad Moon effects. Spirit of Wormwood (skill) needs to be refiled under the Skills category instead of the Effects category. I couldn't figure out how to do this.
I think a subcategory of "Chat Effects" would be useful. I will look into possibly doing this if there are no dissenters. - --Cassandra 04:43, 14 October 2006 (CDT)
- Implementing a change that focuses on just "chat" effects and ignores all the other possible effects doesn't strike me as an optimal approach. Take a look at Category talk:Skills - there's been some preliminary discussion of ways to organize skills (which are similar to effects) - feel free to jump in the discussion. Another possible approach is to do something along the lines of what was done with Enchantments. Finally, I'm not much of a fan of category proliferation. --Gymnosophist 19:30, 14 October 2006 (CDT)
- Seems to me a short list of all chat effects would be nice - a player might very reasonably notice that some item effects his chats, and want to know what else does. Putting this under Chat as suggested on discussion would be fine... Personman 19:37, 15 October 2006 (CDT)
- Sounds good, let's do it. --Gymnosophist 02:07, 16 October 2006 (CDT)

Why does every single effect automatically gain the 'needs content' category, even when it doesn't? EliteJeff 23:18, 5 July 2007 (CDT)
All-purpose cleaner
With the recent introduction of this item, which removes all negative effects, would it be useful to have a sub-list of what exactly qualifies as "negative"? We'd need to do some spading here, especially with the good-AND-bad nature of Bad Moon effects. (It'd suck if a mostly beneficial one was removed because of a slight drawback, for example; this is what we'd want to prevent.) Overall, this could be a nice list to have. --Ducksan 20:37, 17 December 2007 (CST)
