Horsery contract
This contract with the Council of Loathing allows the construction of a Horsery in Seaside Town, where a hostler can ply his trade. As the official witness to the contract, you'll be entitled to a discount on all horse rentals.

| You head to the Council building and oversee the signing of the contract. The Hostler tips his hat to you and heads over to the Right Side of the Tracks to quickly assemble and populate his Horsery.
