The Hermit humbly requests that this page be rewritten or expanded.

Since this is a reoccurring event now, should there be a landing with basic summary page and then each event have its own page as the official description keeps changing? The first was self-contained and completed, but it seems the second will be just part of a multi-part livestream event.
Data on this page needs confirmation.

Twitch Livestream World Event

During these development sessions the Asymmetric staff creates a new world event while streaming the process live on Twitch. The locations and monsters will most likely disappear again shortly after the stream ends, but items found during the event will stay.

Starting with the third event, these development sessions will have a theme that the players voted on in the previous session.

The fourth session will have ancient Rome for a theme.

Also the time-twitching toolbelt will be available from Mr. Store during these events exclusively.

Since Twitch Livestream World Event II, the participating players can permanently join one of two teams, the Time Lords or the Time Bandits, who will (or at least could) compete for a special reward which will be handed out during the beginning of the following event.
In order to score points for his respective team, a player has to wear his Time Lord Badge of Honor or Time Bandit Badge of Courage‎ during the event. While it's more convenient to equip the badge and just leave it equipped, the points still get awarded if a player only wears it during the adventures that award points, which will be revealed and implemented during the broadcast about halfway in.
So far the concept of badge wearing was either too difficult to understand or too cumbersome for about 1/3rd(needs evaluation) of the participating community, resulting in a loss of substantial possible points on (presumably) both teams.
