Xiblaxian 5D printer
This is a black cube with a funnel on top for inserting raw materials and a trap door on the side for removing finished products. It requires a 4th dimension because the fabrication of these things actually takes decades, but it needs to be able to deliver then instantly. And it requires a 5th dimension because it gets lonely during those long decades, and the 5th dimension is named Brandon and he is a cool guy to hang out with.
