Here's a comprehensive list of everything in the game that restricts the type of elemental damage done by spells. Please note, only random-element spells are affected; element-specific spells (such as the Fearful Fettucini spell) remain unaffected. The Elemental Spellbooks (see the Items table) will override the elemental spell effects in regards to the type of damage dealt. To see how to increase spell damage, see Bonus Spell Damage.
