An evil ermine is a type of evil weasel or stoat that is particularly prized for its evil fur. The evil ermine happens to quite like its fur too, since it keeps its evil guts warm, and so they have developed very evil eyesight. And if you squirt some of this stuff in your eyes, you'll have evil eyesight too. Peachy evil.
