expensive cigar
This is a big, expensive cigar; the name on the little paper band is "La Polla Sucedáneo", which sounds pretty fancy. Actually, you're not really sure what separates an expensive cigar from a cheap one, but when you smell it, it doesn't make you gag, and that seems like a good start.
