Notes
- You can use this skill as many times in a combat as desired as long as the extinguisher has charge. Furthermore, as the message implies, you can still receive a given item after the fight even if this skill caused that item to drop (possibly more than once) during the fight.
- Unlike Hugs and Kisses!, is more likely to pocket an item the higher the drop rate.
