flat mushroom wine
This is a bottle of wine made from a flat mushroom. Not a mushroom flat, which is where British mushrooms live, or Mushroom Flats, the famous fungal pool player. Sommeliers (look it up) generally describe its taste as, oddly enough, “flat.”
