When Used

With two fossilized wings:

You prop the bat skull up next to a couple of fossilized wings, and abruptly take a few steps back as the whole tableau begins to vibrate and emit a curious green glow. You watch as the newly-reformed bat skeleton begins to extricate itself from the surrounding layer of stone, and then you keep watching as it somehow takes to the air on its decidedly non-airworthy wings, and then you continue to watch as it swoops toward you. At that point, you decide to stop watching and start fighting.
