freezin' bindle
This is a frozen handkerchief tied into a bag on the end of a stick. Normally, you can't freeze a handkerchief, but this one, prior to being frozen, was saturated with... let's say... a liquid. Yes. Let's say a liquid, then let's stop talking about it.
