General Sage's Lonely Diamonds Club Jacket
This is part of the uniform worn by cola-war veteran General Sage when he was promoting his post-war business venture -- a club where the wealthy and mighty could sit around congratulating themselves on how wealthy and mighty they are. What the jacket's doing in the middle of the desert, no one can say; perhaps General Sage was showing off a new acquisition to the roving bands of gnomads.
