*Acquire an [[enchanted bean]] by adventuring in the [[Beanbat Chamber]] or by [[zapping]] a [[hill of beans]] dropped by a [[Knob Goblin Bean Counter]] in Cobb's Knob [[Treasury]] or a [[Pile of jumping beans]] from [[South of The Border]].
*Use the enchanted bean after you have received this Quest from the Council.
*Climb the beanstalk and adventure on [[The Penultimate Fantasy Airship]] until you acquire the four Immateria ([[Tissue Paper Immateria]], [[Gauze Immateria]], [[Tin Foil Immateria]] and [[Plastic Wrap Immateria]]) and the [[S.O.C.K.]], which will allow you access to [[the Castle in the Clouds in the Sky]]. All of these are obtained from non-combat adventures. Reduced [[Combat Frequency|combat frequency]] will help you get these.
*Adventure in [[The Castle in the Clouds in the Sky]] until you encounter the [[Wheel in the Clouds in the Sky, Keep On Turning|Wheel in the Clouds in the Sky]].
*Turn the wheel (any direction will do) and return to the Council immediately -- if you continue adventuring and turn the wheel back to its original position, the quest will not be completed.
