• The name of this effect is a reference to the long-running "Got Milk?" advertisement campaign in the US.
• As stated in the milk of magnesium entry, the real Milk of Magnesia is intended to quell heartburn.
• The "terrible heartburn" that the flavor text alludes to is due to the reaction of magnesium with water and/or stomach acid.

• Retired on January 1, 2020, when the milk of magnesium was changed to a miscellaneous consumable.
• Before September 8, 2010, this effect granted 1-4 bonus adventures for each food item consumed; the extra adventures are based on the raw adventures given from the food item in question:
