ancient cure-all
This is a combination of various herbal remedies combined into one large chewable cure-all pill. It contains pomegranate for tapeworms, coriander for digestion, cumin for aches and flatulence, acacia seeds for burns, garlic for bronchial complaints, castor oil just because that's supposed to be good for you for some reason, and honey to make it just barely palatable.
