This is a green bead stuck on a filthy dreadlock -- it's what the highest ranking officers in the Army of One Love™ use to indicate their rank to their subordinates. Now, now -- every member of the army is wonderful in his or her own special way, but, y'know, some of them are better suited to the particular task of leading armies, and that's okay. It's just their path.
