A Hobo-Flex Workout System is a piece of training equipment which sits in the dusty corner of the Clan Rumpus Room. Adventures are spent in exchange for Muscle substat point gains. The amount of Muscle gained is dependent upon your level.
When viewed:

After training:
- You work it on out.
- You gain X Strongness.
