When Used

You head to the Council building and oversee the signing of the contract. The Hostler tips his hat to you and heads over to the Right Side of the Tracks to quickly assemble and populate his Horsery. Your West of Loathing Steam DLC key is: XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX (This will always be visible on the wall of the Horsery in Seaside Town if you need it.).

Unlocks a Horsery in Seaside Town, and grants a Steam DLC Key for West of Loathing horse armor.
