This is a yellowed, decaying copy of an old-school video game magazine, in a flat plastic envelope with a sheet of cardboard behind it.

You pull the magazine out of the sleeve and it immediately disintegrates into dust, leaving only a single page. You glance at the page -- it appears to be a map of a place in the 8-Bit Realm called Vanya's Castle. There's a blurb underneath about some sort of fearsome creature that lives there.
"Hmm," you think to yourself. "A fearsome creature. That sounds like the kind of thing I should probably defeat!" You steel your nerves and pocket the map. | ||
