incense bath ball
This is a little scented ball of epsom salts, baking soda, and mysterious eastern spices. When you drop it in your bathtub, (yes, even your patch of open ground has a bathtub. It comes with the campground rental) it goes all fizzy and smells like incense. It's surprisingly pleasant, and also enlightening!
