When Used:

You do what all cool agents provocateur do, which is to incite a riot, then hide in a trash can until the riot is over. Angry as they are, the audience is only too glad to participate. After the dust settles and the smoke clears (literally in both cases) you pick through the rubble and find a bunch of cool riot stuff. You acquire 1−5 smoke grenades You acquire 1−4 molotov sodas You acquire 1−4 piles of ashes You acquire 1−4 crates of firebombs
