Notes

• Allows the use of the skills Bear-Backrub and Bear-ly Legal when equipped. When the right bear arm is also equipped the skills Bear Hug and I Can Bearly Hear You Over The Applause also become available.
• Has a [re-package] link when in your inventory, which has the following effect when clicked:

You find a box, carefully label it, and shove a couple of bear arms into it.

or, if the right bear arm is currently equipped

You can't put arms in a box if you only have arm.

• During a Zombie Slayer run, the description (and even name) are decidedly different.

left bear arm (zombified) This is the severed left arm of a zombie bear. The amount of foul ichor seeping from it is well above your typical foul ichor seepage tolerance.
