left bear arm
Does a bear hug its cubs in the woods? Not without this, it doesn't, unless it's some sort of nuclear-powered cyborg bear, which would be awesome.
Or while a Zombie Slayer
This is the severed left arm of a zombie bear. The amount of foul ichor seeping from it is well above your typical foul ichor seepage tolerance.
Type: off-hand item
Cannot be discarded+10% Muscle
Maximum HP +30
Damage Reduction: 10
Lets you act like a bear
NOTE: This item cannot be equipped while in Hardcore. (Except for Zombie Slayers)

Notes
- Allows the use of the skills Bear-Backrub and Bear-ly Legal when equipped. When the right bear arm is also equipped the skills Bear Hug and I Can Bearly Hear You Over The Applause also become available.
- Has a [re-package] link when in your inventory, which has the following effect when clicked:
